About me

Hi, I’m Taylor! I’ve helped hundreds of clients with technology and I’m offering my services to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Computers can be frustrating, and that’s why I offer patient, step-by-step support.

After beginning my career as a student worker for the Mississippi State University IT Department (HAIL STATE), I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Services. Currently, I’m a full time IT Support Analyst, and I’m CompTIA A+ certified as of January 2024.

I excel at teaching people how to use devices and how to troubleshoot issues going forward. I don’t believe in ‘band-aid’ fixes and strive to implement the best solutions for the long term.
